When a new form is submitted in Airtable, Integromat will check whether the submitter's e-mail address already exists in Wild Apricot account. If it does, the contact is updated and an e-mail to the customer is sent. If the e-mail doesn't exist yet, a new contact is created and an e-mail for new customers is sent to their e-mail.
This is a predefined template that will make the creation of your scenario much easier. Of course, you can always expand and customize the scenario to meet your own individual needs.
