This template creates registrations in a Wild Apricot event based on the information in Google sheet
This template exports registrations from an event into Google sheet.
This template is expected to be run on demand, when you want to make a full copy of existing event including all event registrants. Due to system limitations it does not copy guests.
When a new donation is made in Wild Apricot, the event is created in Facebook Conversions API. Since it is not triggered instantly, the scenario is scheduled. Therefore all retrieved records are sent in array at once.
When a new form is submitted in Airtable, Integromat will check whether the submitter's e-mail address already exists in Wild Apricot account. If it does, the contact is updated and an e-mail to the customer is sent. If the e-mail doesn't exist yet, a new contact is created and an e-mail for new customers is sent to their e-mail.
Fires almost immediately after contact was created or modified. This is a recommended replacement for 'Contact modified (obsolete)' module.
WARNING: This trigger is obsolete, we recommend to use "Contact modified - instant" module. This trigger fires when a contact data was modified.
