This template adds a new row into a Google Sheets spreadsheet as soon as a new survey response is collected by Refiner. While setting up the template, you need to take a generated webhook URL from Integromat and use it in Integrations>Webhooks in the Refiner UI. The template expects your Refiner survey to have these questions: 1) How disappointed would you be if you could no longer use our service? 2) NPS score The template saves the responses to this sample Google Sheets spreadsheet. You can make a copy of it for testing purposes. Note that email values from Refiner will only be passed to Google Sheets if they are available for the particular survey submission.
