Create a new QuickBooks invoice (and a customer if it doesn't already exist) from a completed PandaDoc document. PandaDoc document has to include a Pricing table. You can schedule the scenario to run as you need but adjust the first filter ("only the most recent") accordingly. For example, if it runs once a day, only documents modified in the last 24 hours should pass the filter.

The template works for pdf documents that have either 1 signature form field named "signature" or 2 signature form fields named "signature1" and "signature2" for 1 and 2 signers respectively. The name of the document has to be in the following format.

For example, if it runs every 6 hours, only documents modified in that time span should pass the filter. You can also easily delete the cloud storage (route) you don't want to use or replace it with a service of your preference.
