The examples below demonstrate what you can automate with Integromat to achieve maximum efficiency when working with your mobile phone.
For the scenarios below, you need an Android phone with the Integromat mobile application, which you can download and install directly from Google Play.
In the Settings menu, tap on Calls.
Choose which events you want Integromat to watch.
Every call that you receive with your Android phone will be automaticaly added to your Google Sheets spreadsheet as a new row. You will see the calling number, date, time and duration of each call received on your phone.
Every time that you make a call from your Android phone, Integromat will automatically look up the contact you are calling in your CRM and create a new object with the duration of the call.
You can easily modify this scenario to monitor incoming calls.
Every time that you receive a call with your Android phone, Integromat will automatically generate a call log record in your CRM. The record will include the phone number of the contact who called and the date and duration of the call.
Right after your mobile phone starts ringing, Integromat will automatically look up the number of the caller in your CRM. If it does not find it, it will create a new contact in your CRM. Subsequently, you will be sent a push notification via Google Chrome with a link to the contact record, which you have in your CRM. Thanks to Integromat, you will know the caller details before you pick up the call.
