1. Can I use _app on Integromat?

  2. I use Integromat together with _ app, but I can not find _ feature available on Integromat.

    We do our best to ensure that Integromat modules support all features currently available in a given third-party application. Nevertheless, if there is any feature that you find missing in Integromat, please let us know.

  3. What is the difference between Integromat free accounts and subscriptions?

    The free Integromat account is limited by the maximum number of operations (the number of times Integromat executes your scheduled tasks) and the maximum amount of transferred data. If your usage is below these limits, you do not need to subscribe to a paid subscription. All registered users have access to the same Integromat features. If you find that you're hitting the free usage limits, you can choose the subscription that best suits your needs.

  4. What is a scenario?

    A scenario defines a sequence of steps to be executed by Integromat. For each scenario you specify the data source, how the data are to be processed, which data you want to use and which are to be ignored. Integromat lets you create as complex scenarios as you need. Even the most sophisticated scenarios are possible.

  5. Can I use more than one module in a scenario? Or just a trigger and action?

    You can use any number of modules in a scenario. You can create independent routes and specify which data should flow through them. You can also use results returned by individual actions and pass them on to the next action.

  6. Can Integromat work with files?

    Yes, Integromat works with files. Using Integromat, files can be received, saved, transformed, converted, encrypted... Moreover, Integromat provides a wide range of built-in features designed to enable users to work effectively with the data contained in the files.

  7. What happens if I let Integromat process an email containing more than one attachment?

    If you use the Email module Retrieve attachments, each attachment will be sent separately to the rest of the scenario that follows after this module. Similar modules are available also in in other applications that may receive multiple files at once.

  8. Some triggers allow scenarios to be run immediately. What does immediately mean?

    Common scenarios are run at intervals according to the schedule you specify (e.g. every hour, every 5 minutes, once a month and the like). There are special triggers, called Webhooks that can start your scenario immediately after they receive data from a given service. Webhooks can be extremely useful. We recommend to use them whenever possible. They help to reduce the number of operations and received data is processed immediately without waiting for the next scheduled run. For example, the Paypal module Watch payments will start your scenario immediately after payment is received.

  9. What are aggregators?

    Agreggators allow to merge data into a single collection. Example: Files can be compressed into a zip archive and sent as an email attachment.

  10. What is an operation?

    An operation is a task performed by a module. Regardless of how many bundles a trigger retrieves, every time a trigger is run, it is considered as one operation. Every time an action performs a task, it is counted as 1 operation. Suppose, for example, you have a scenario that shall retrieve 2 new images from DropBox and post them to Picasa and Facebook. Executing this scenario will require 5 operations (1x Dropbox 2x Picasa + 2x Facebook). The number of operations performed during a scenario run can be found under History.   1. What is data transfer?

    Data transfer is the amount of data transferred through your scenario. Suppose, you have a scenario that retrieves a 100kB image from FTP and reduces its size to 50kB and saves both images to Dropbox. The amount of data used in this scenario is 150kB. The data moved between modules are counted only once, regardless of the number of modules deployed. The amount of data you have available depends on the subscription you have purchased.

  2. What is a connection?

    A connection is a link between your Integromat account and third-party service you want to use. The connection can be easily created when editing a scenario. To add a connection, click the Add button in the module setting and follow the step-by-step instructions.
