With Xero Projects modules in Make, you can create, update, delete, list, and retrieve tasks, projects, and time entries, update project statuses and details, and retrieve project users from your Xero Projects account.
To get started with Xero Projects, create an account at xero.com. Xero Projects is included in the Xero Established Plan at no charge per user. If you do not have the Established Plan, visit the Manage your Xero Projects subscription page for more information regarding adding Xero Projects to your account.
Refer to the Xero Projects API documentation for the list of available endpoints.
Connect Xero Projects to Make
To connect your Xero Projects account to Make:
Log in to your Make account and add a Xero Projects module to a ﻿.
Click Create a connection.
Optional: In the Connection name field, enter a name for the connection.
Optional: Click Show advanced settings and choose the Scopes for the connection. Choose only the minimum scopes required for your intended use. Each module's required scopes can be found in the  Build Xero Projects Make﻿  section below. For additional information regarding scopes, refer to the Xero API documentation.
Grant access to Make in the popup window. You may be prompted to sign in to your Xero Projects account first.
You have successfully established the connection. You can now edit your ﻿ and add more Xero Projects modules. If your connection requires reauthorization at any point, follow the connection renewal steps here﻿.
If you receive an error while creating the connection, you must manually add the scopes. Go to step 4 follow the instructions to do so.
When adding a new Xero Projects module to a ﻿ using an existing connection, you may be prompted to update the connection permissions. Click Continue and Allow access to extend the permissions.
