Getting Started with Microsoft 365 Email
The Microsoft 365 Email modules allow you to create, send, move, and delete the messages in your Microsoft 365 Email account.
Prerequisites
- A Microsoft 365 Email account
In order to use Microsoft 365 Email with Integromat, it is necessary to have a Microsoft 365 Email account. If you do not have one, you can create a Microsoft 365 Email account at office.com/signup.
Connecting Microsoft 365 Email to Integromat
1. Go to Integromat and open the Microsoft 365 Email module's Create a connection dialog.
2. In the Connection name field, enter a name for the connection and click Continue.
3. Enter your Microsoft 365 Email account login credentials and confirm the dialog by clicking Yes.
The connection has been established.

Triggers
Watch Messages
Triggers when a new email message is sent or received.
Connection | Establish a connection to your Microsoft 365 Email account. |
Folder | Select the folder whose messages you want to watch. |
Watch | Select the messages you want to watch:

Maximum number of returned email messages | Enter the maximum number of messages Integromat should return during one scenario execution cycle. |

Create a Draft Message
Creates a new email message.
Connection | Establish a connection to your Microsoft 365 Email account. |
Subject | Enter the subject line of the message. |
Body Content | Enter the message body text of the email. |
Content Type | Enter the content type of the message. For example, HTML . |
Importance | Select the importance of the message:

To Receipts | Add the email address to which you want to send the messages: Name Enter the name of the contact Email Address Enter the email address of the contact. |
Carbon Copy Receipts | Add the email addresses which you want to add in the CC field of the email: Name Enter the name of the contact Email Address Enter the email address of the contact. |
Blind Copy Receipts | Add the email addresses which you want to add in BCC field of the email: Name Enter the name of the contact Email Address Enter the email address of the contact. |
Attachments | Add the attachments to the email: File name Enter the file name. For example, sample.doc DataEnter the file data to the field or map the source of the file. |
Create and Send a Message
Creates and sends an email message.

Delete a Message
Deletes an existing email message.
Connection | Establish a connection to your Microsoft 365 Email account. |
Message ID | Enter the Message ID you want to delete. |
Move a Message
Moves an email message to a selected folder in the mailbox.
Connection | Establish a connection to your Microsoft 365 Email account. |
Message ID | Enter the Message ID you want to move to a different folder. |
Folder | Select the folder to which you want to move the message. |
Send a Draft Message
Sends an email message.
Connection | Establish a connection to your Microsoft 365 Email account. |
Message ID | Enter the Message ID of the draft message you want to send. |
Iterators
Iterate Attachments
Iterates through received attachments.
The Microsoft 365 Email Iterates attachments only from the Watch Messages module. The module iterates the received attachments one by one.
The iterator module lets you manage the email attachments separately. For example, you can set up to watch messages to iterate the emails with attachments and receive alerts.
