Google Cloud Vision

Getting started with Google Cloud Vision

To use any of the above modules, you need to connect your Google account to your Google Cloud Vision project and to Integromat. If you do not have a Google account yet, you can create one at cloud.google.com/vision.

Connecting a Google account to Google Cloud Vision

To connect your Google account to Google Cloud Vision, visit the cloud.google.com/vision and sign in using your Google account.

To configure your project properly for connecting to Integromat, you need to prepare and understand the project properly.

You can follow the before-you-begin instructions, or read the steps in this guide.

Overview

Read the Quickstart overview for a full understanding of Google Cloud Vision.

Managing your project

Go to the console by clicking the Console button and choose your project in the top menu. Or you can create a new project.

See creating-managing-projects for more details.

Enabling the Cloud Vision API

Continue to the Navigation menu by clicking the list icon in the left corner and click the tab Library.

Find Cloud Vision API and enable this API.

Or follow the instructions for enabling an API as given in the before-you-begin section under ENABLE API.

Linking a Billing account

Continue to the Navigation menu by clicking the list icon in the left corner and click the tab Billing.

Assign a billing account by linking an existing billing account or by creating a new billing account.

To connect your Google Cloud Vision project to Integromat, follow the general instructions for Connecting to services.

When creating a connection, you will be requested to enter your API Key. To get the API key, log into your Google Cloud Vision project and follow the instructions for getting the API key.

Once you have copied the displayed API token and pasted it in Integromat, you can continue and finish your scenario.

Getting the API key
