Getting started with CloudConvert
The above modules let you convert data between a wide range of formats (e.g. convert an image from PNG to JPG).
Connecting the CloudConvert service to Integromat
To use any of the modules, you need to have a CloudConvert account. If you do not have one yet, you can sign up for free.
To connect your CloudConvert account to Integromat, follow the general instructions for Connecting to services. Clicking the Continue button will bring up a form asking you to enter an API key. To get 'Your personal API Key', login to the CloudConvert service and click on your username in the top right corner and go to your Dashboard. Once you enter the API key and save the form, you can continue creating your scenario.
Common problems
Unable to convert a file between input and output formats
There are several reasons why a file conversion can terminate with an error.
The output file size exceeds the limit allowed for your scenario. More information about working with files.
You have exceeded the maximum conversion time. The free CloudConvert plan offers 25 conversion minutes daily. If your usage exceeds the limit of the free plan, you may switch to a (prepaid) package or subscription.
Converting files from MP3 to WAV and then you get the
error:
Failed to read frame size: Could not seek to 1508.
. �/output/JLIADSA00137P0.mp3: Invalid argumentMake sure that you have selected the correct region because it will find a reference to the file but just not the correct file.
