In 2020, Process Mining technology leader, Celonis, acquired Integromat. With Celonis, a big brother in the background, and being ready for hypergrowth, we are now onboarding a dedicated Integromat sales teams aiming for 2-3x growth YOY. We are seeking Inside Sales professionals to join our growing OEM Go to Market team. This is a highly visible, collaborative position with quota-carrying responsibility for generating a net-new sales pipeline each quarter.

Responsibilities: 

  • Pick up the leads from Business Development Representatives and manage opportunity, and account until closing
  • Hunt down and discover new business opportunities in your region
  • Collaborate with partners to land new logos
  • Interact with all levels of the target organization
  • Give realistic sales forecasts
  • Deliver best in class use case-specific demos to demonstrate the value of our solutions
  • Understand accounts’ needs and effectively communicate how Integromat will meet those needs while ensuring 100% satisfaction with all customers
  • Manage the sales-cycle including lead generation, qualification, and other deliverables for closing deals while consistently delivering on sales goals

Requirements:

  • University degree or equivalent professional training 
  • Relevant work experience (3+ years) in the area of OEM software sales, or other applicable solution/service sales role
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • High energy, positive attitude, and ability to take initiative
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Skilled in using relevant technology to maximize pipe generation and deal velocity
  • A self-starter who is dedicated, hungry, and driven to succeed – a true out-performer
  • Excellent written, verbal communication, and presentation skills
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Ability to work, build and maintain relationships at all levels
